Floreva Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. General Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or an exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept your request.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact us at support@floreva.uk, providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Carefully package the item(s), making sure to include the invoice or a note with your order number.
Send the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or there was a mistake in your order.

We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a prompt refund or exchange.
